專用套筒分為內(nèi)套筒、外套筒，施工時(shí)，內(nèi)套筒抓住螺栓桿梅花頭，外套筒緊固螺栓螺帽，反向緊固。到達(dá)扭矩后，內(nèi)套筒把梅花頭扭斷，這時(shí)抽出套筒，扣動(dòng)扳機(jī)彈出梅花頭。

During construction, the inner sleeve grabs the plum blossom head of the bolt rod, and the outer sleeve tightens the bolt and nut in the opposite direction. After reaching the maximum torque, the inner sleeve twists and breaks the plum blossom head. At this time, the sleeve is pulled out and the trigger is pulled to pop out the plum blossom head.

扭剪型電動(dòng)扳手在工作之前，要把套筒頭對準(zhǔn)螺栓梅花頭合理地插進(jìn)，插到底部后再開始工作。

一般地：當(dāng)緊固螺栓到相當(dāng)次數(shù)時(shí)，內(nèi)套筒會(huì)因磨損而造成彈不出梅花頭，這時(shí)更換套筒即可重新使用。

Generally, when the bolts are tightened a considerable number of times, the inner sleeve will wear and tear, causing it to not bounce out of the plum blossom head. At this time, the sleeve can be replaced and reused.

若在施工過程中，當(dāng)梅花頭彈不出時(shí)，可能的原因有以下幾種：

If during the construction process, the plum blossom head cannot bounce out, there are several possible reasons:

①螺栓材質(zhì)有問題。當(dāng)螺栓發(fā)軟時(shí)，會(huì)造成梅花頭彈不出來。

① There is an issue with the bolt material. When the bolt becomes soft, it will cause the plum blossom head to not pop out.

②施工不正確。若插入螺栓時(shí)不順利或者有傾斜角度，就可能造成梅花頭彈不出來。

② Incorrect construction. If the bolt insertion is not smooth or there is an inclination angle, it may cause the plum blossom head to not pop out.

③套筒出現(xiàn)問題。請檢查套筒是否已經(jīng)磨損過度，或其他情況，也會(huì)造成梅花頭彈不出來。

③ There is a problem with the sleeve. Please check if the sleeve has worn excessively or if there are other conditions that may cause the plum blossom head to not pop out.
