1. 根據(jù)需要的轉(zhuǎn)矩值，選擇相應(yīng)的已通過校準(zhǔn)的轉(zhuǎn)矩扳手，不允許使用未通過校準(zhǔn)的轉(zhuǎn)矩扳手;

1. Select the corresponding calibrated torque wrench according to the required torque value, and it is not allowed to use the torque wrench that fails to pass the calibration;

2. 扳手應(yīng)該以平衡而緩慢的力量擰動(dòng)，而不是急劇的擰動(dòng)。用手握住固定力矩扳手手柄的中點(diǎn)，將手柄垂直于扳手線方向拉動(dòng)，直達(dá)到要求的力矩。

2. The wrench should be screwed with a balanced and slow force rather than a sharp one. Hold the midpoint of the handle of the fixed torque wrench by hand and pull the handle perpendicular to the wrench line until the required torque is reached.

3.不得施加大于固定扭矩扳手額定扭矩的扭矩。不要用固定扭矩扳手拆卸螺栓或螺母。

4、使用固定力矩扳手?jǐn)Q緊螺栓時(shí)，不應(yīng)使用轉(zhuǎn)接頭，不得使用，必須符合下列要求:轉(zhuǎn)接頭有多種不同形狀，可以合理選用;為減小擰緊力矩誤差，適配器長度應(yīng)小于固定力矩扳手長度;當(dāng)連接適配器時(shí)，其線路應(yīng)與扳手線在一條直線上。如果需要，可以使用帶有偏移軸的適配器，但角度不應(yīng)超過15°。

4. 8. 固定扭矩扳手施加的扭矩不得超過該固定扭矩扳手的額定扭矩值。
