：在使用扭矩扳手檢測儀之前，先檢查儀器電量是否充足，若電量不足,請先充電（充電時也可使用）。

第二：將被檢物的四方測頭放入該扭力扳手檢定儀的承力四方孔內(nèi)，同時使用得被檢物另一端的手柄在高度調(diào)節(jié)塊上方（若長度不夠時，可自由調(diào)節(jié)整套加載裝置）。
Second: put the square probe of the tested object into the force bearing square hole of the torque wrench calibrator, and use the handle at the other end of the tested object above the height adjustment block (if the length is not enough, the whole loading device can be adjusted freely).
第三：打開電源開關(guān)，顯示的扭矩值為零，如果不為零，則按清零鍵，將扭矩值清零。
Third: turn on the power switch, the displayed torque value is zero, if not, press the reset key to clear the torque value.
：測試前，需設(shè)置好上下限值、小存儲值、小峰值保持值、自動峰值時間、自動關(guān)機時間、重力加速度等.
Finally: before the test, the first step is to set the upper and lower limit value, minimum storage value, minimum peak holding value, automatic peak time, automatic shutdown time, gravity acceleration, etc
①、上限值設(shè)定：用戶設(shè)定上限值，根據(jù)需要自由設(shè)定，達(dá)到上限值即自動聲光提示，上限值不高于滿量程。
① Upper limit value setting: the user can set the upper limit value freely according to the needs. When the upper limit value is reached, it will be automatically prompted by sound and light, and the upper limit value is not higher than the full scale.

②、下限值設(shè)定：用戶設(shè)定下限值，根據(jù)需要自由設(shè)定，達(dá)到下限值即自動燈光提示，下限值不得高于設(shè)定的上限值。
② Lower limit value setting: the user can set the lower limit value freely according to the needs. When the lower limit value is reached, the light will prompt automatically, and the lower limit value shall not be higher than the set upper limit value.
③、更小存儲值設(shè)定：用戶根據(jù)存儲需要設(shè)定更小存儲值，小于該值的數(shù)據(jù)將不被儲存。
③ Minimum storage value setting: the user sets the minimum storage value according to the storage needs, and the data less than this value will not be stored.
④、更小峰值保持值設(shè)定：用戶根據(jù)峰值，自動峰值測量需要自由設(shè)定，小于該值的數(shù)據(jù)不被峰值保存。
④ Minimum peak holding value setting: the user needs to set the automatic peak measurement freely according to the peak value, and the data less than the value will not be saved by the peak value.
⑤、自動峰值時間設(shè)定：用戶根據(jù)自動峰值測量狀態(tài)下峰值需要保持的時間從1秒～99秒自由設(shè)定。
⑤ Automatic peak time setting: the user can freely set the peak time from 1 second to 99 seconds according to the peak time in the automatic peak measurement state.
⑥、自動關(guān)機時間設(shè)定：無操作狀態(tài)下，自動關(guān)機時間從0分鐘～9分鐘可自由設(shè)定（當(dāng)設(shè)置為0分鐘則表示為解除自動關(guān)機）。
⑥ Automatic shutdown time setting: under no operation state, the automatic shutdown time can be set freely from 0 minutes to 9 minutes (when it is set to 0 minutes, it means to release the automatic shutdown).
⑦、重力加速度設(shè)定：用戶可根據(jù)本地區(qū)的位置設(shè)定重力加速度值，本機默認(rèn)9.794。
⑦ Gravity acceleration setting: the user can set the gravity acceleration value according to the local position, and the default value of this machine is 9.794.
⑧、恢復(fù)初始設(shè)置：用戶操作不當(dāng)或多次更改數(shù)據(jù)出現(xiàn)混亂,可以通過此項設(shè)置來把1～7的數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)到出廠狀態(tài)。
⑧ Restore the initial setting: if the user does not operate properly or changes the data many times, the data of 1-7 can be restored to the factory status through this setting.
