1、在選擇扭力扳手時(shí)，要根據(jù)螺栓或螺母的尺寸來(lái)選擇合適開口尺寸的扭力扳手。如果扭力扳手的開口尺寸大于螺栓或螺母的尺寸，那在使用時(shí)，容易滑脫并損傷螺件的六角。如果扭力扳手的開口尺寸太小，那就無(wú)法嵌入到螺栓或螺母中進(jìn)行扭動(dòng)。

2、在使用扭力扳手時(shí)為防止扳手損壞和滑脫，應(yīng)使拉力作用在開口較厚的一邊如此才能用上力。另外在使用扭力扳手時(shí)，要注意開口不能出現(xiàn)“八”字形，以免損壞螺母和扳手。

3、扭力扳手是按人手的力量來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)的，人手力量越大，扭力扳手在旋轉(zhuǎn)螺紋、螺母時(shí)的力量越大。如果遇到較緊的螺紋件，用扭力扳手也不能使其松動(dòng)的話，切記不能用捶打工具錘擊扳手，以免損壞扳手，可以適當(dāng)調(diào)整扳手的用力方向，找到合適的發(fā)力點(diǎn)。另外還要注意的是除了套筒扳手能套裝加力桿，其他扳手都不能套裝加力桿，扭力扳手也不能。遇到無(wú)法擰動(dòng)的螺紋緊固件，不能胡亂給扭力扳手加裝加力桿，以防損壞扳手或螺紋連接件。

6、在使用扭力扳手旋緊螺栓時(shí)，應(yīng)均勻使力，不得利用沖擊力。簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說就是不要用錘擊工具來(lái)錘擊扳手，使其在短時(shí)間內(nèi)獲得沖擊力，從而帶動(dòng)整只扳手旋轉(zhuǎn)，使扳手將螺栓旋緊，這種做法容易損壞扳手。

6. When using the torque wrench to tighten the bolt, the force should be evenly applied, and the impact force should not be used. In short, do not use hammering tools to hammer the wrench, so that it can obtain impact force in a short time, so as to drive the whole wrench to rotate, so that the wrench will tighten the bolt, which is easy to damage the wrench.

7、如果長(zhǎng)期不用扭力扳手，建議把扭力扳手的調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)尺刻線退扭矩小數(shù)值處，這樣可以延長(zhǎng)扳手的使用壽命。
