初擰扭矩由表07-4查得：高強度螺栓在初擰、復擰和終擰應在同完成。

2、如發(fā)現(xiàn)有不符合規(guī)定的，再在此節(jié)點上擴大檢查10%;如仍有不合格者，則整 個節(jié)點的高強度螺栓重新擰緊;高強度螺栓連接處摩擦面必須保證已確定的處理方式，不得擅自更改;并使摩擦面保持干燥，如在雨天施工必須采取防雨措施;高強度螺栓安裝后應及時使用專用扳手進行擰緊，為加快施工進度，可使用梅花扳手、呆扳手將螺母擰緊和連接板緊貼后改用專用扭矩扳手擰緊;施工用的扭矩扳手應進行校正。
2. 3、檢查擰緊扭矩：對每個節(jié)點螺栓數(shù)的10%，但不少于一個進行扭矩檢查。任取一螺栓，在螺桿端面和螺母上畫一直線，將螺母擰松60°，再用扭矩扳手重新擰緊，使兩線重合，此時測得的扭矩應在0.9Tch～1.1 Tch范圍內(nèi)。檢查扭矩(Tch)按下式計算： Tch=k×P×d(NM)，當摩擦面間隙t大于3mm時加墊板，墊板厚度不小于3mm，數(shù)量不超過3層; 墊板材質(zhì)和摩擦面處理方式與構(gòu)件相同.
